Terms of Service
Last updated October 5, 2026
These terms govern your use of ChatLoop Cloud, operated by ChatLoop. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you register.
The service
ChatLoop Cloud connects a WhatsApp number you control to an AI assistant that answers your customers, and gives you an inbox, a customer list and team access.
The connection works as a linked device on your WhatsApp account, the same way WhatsApp Web does. It is not an official WhatsApp Business API product and is not endorsed by WhatsApp or Meta.
Your WhatsApp number
You must own or be authorised to use the number you connect. You remain responsible for following WhatsApp’s own terms. WhatsApp may restrict or ban numbers, for example for bulk or unsolicited messaging; we cannot prevent or reverse that and are not liable for it.
AI replies
Replies are written by third-party AI models from the information you give in your business profile and the conversation. They can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for the messages sent from your number, including AI replies, and you can pause the assistant for any chat or for the whole workspace at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send spam or messages people did not ask for, to sell illegal goods or services, to deceive or harass anyone, or to break any law. Do not try to access other workspaces, overload the service or get around plan limits.
We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules or puts the service or other customers at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why first.
Plans and payment
Each plan includes a monthly number of AI replies and certain features, shown on the Plan page. Usage resets at the start of each calendar month.
Paid plans are prepaid through our payment provider, Paymob, in Egyptian pounds. Each payment covers 30 days and does not renew automatically. Paying again before the end adds 30 days; choosing a different plan switches at once and starts a new 30-day period. When a paid period ends without renewal, the workspace moves to the free plan.
Payments are not refundable once a period has started, except where the law requires a refund or where we failed to provide the service. Contact us about any charge you do not recognise.
Your data
You own your business information, customer contacts and conversations. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to message your customers and to share their messages with us.
Ending your account
An owner can delete the workspace at any time from Settings. This removes its chats, customers, team members and payment records permanently and disconnects the WhatsApp number.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service depends on WhatsApp, AI model providers and other third parties outside our control.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect; continuing to use the service means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction.
